The Wannsee conference was a meeting of senior officials of Nazi Germany. The Wannsee Conference is held in Berlin Suburb of the Wannsee on January 20, 1942. The Wannsee Conference was a memory of the Final Solution. The Wannsee Conference helped people understand what really happened on January 20, 1942. The Wannsee Conference was a place where matters were discussed about the Jews. This statement makes it evident that the Jewish problem was being talked about, and they were looking for a solution. However, there was type of evidence that the solution was going to be the mass killing of all Jewish people. With all this being said that this is still the mass killing of Jews still began to happen after this conference. Moreover, I believe that the Wannsee Conference paved the way for the Holocaust. After the Wannssee conference Nazi policy shifted form mass killings. I do not believe that the Wannsee Conference says how it happened, but rather why it happened. The Nazi leaders all had a different way that they needed to go, but the there was an assumption that they needed to be dealt with. By getting rid of the Jews they thought it would better the whole entire society or so they thought. It was “Hitler's decision on deportation was a significant radicalization of existing measures and moved him significantly closer to realizing his long expressed desire to get rid of the Jews”. At first it was just a deportation the action of deporting a foreigner from a country. The thought of just moving the Jews was not good enough for everyone. It wasn’t good enough for Heydrich and Hitler. The deportation would soon turn into "evacuation" which was a fancier way of them saying they wanted to kill all of the Jews. People often believe that the mass killing was a horrible thing. People need to realize that Europe truly thought they were going to improve themselves by killing the Jews. I believe that there is not an exact time when the Holocaust started. Well in fact there are two ideas, which the Wannsee Conference tells us. The first thing was Power. Power was not only being held by Hitler, but also by Heydrich. A person can see the power held by Heydrich in the Wannsee Conference. However, Heydrich was spreading rumors. They had rules in the Wannsee Conference their role was to listen." Before, this conference had been considered as a place where discussion would occur, but little did they know that the discussion was not going to occur. Because of Heydrich he wanted let people know that he had power and he wanted to let people know that this was his moment. Heydrich had already made up his mind about what he was going to do at the Wannsee Conference, and the people at the conference just needed to know what decision Heydich had made. The Wannsee Conference also provided people little pieces of information. For a long time people did not know the Wannsee Conference had happened, so people just expected that the Holocaust happened. However, once going over the records they were able to see that the mass killings began happening right after the conference. People started to wonder what truly happened during the Wannsee Conference. No one really knows what really happened at the Wannsee Conference. The Jews started to kill people right after the Wannssee Conference. The Wannsee conference was a meeting of senior officials of Nazi Germany.
