The employees ignored their ethics and morals however, and allowed the practices to continue. This same situation occurred in the video Good Vibrations. The employees of Enron ignored the problem and went along with the rest of the company, letting it snowball to the point that all hope was lost. In retrospect, Enron should have looked beyond its financial status, and made its financial issues public. Instead of using the option of bankruptcy and restructure, they choose to hide their issues and left thousands of stockholders broke, and thousands of employees unemployed.

What is the relationship between legal and ethical issues as shown in the film?
Many times, there can be a relationship between legal and ethical issues. Unethical actions can also be illegal, but this is not always the case. In Good vibrations, there was an ethical issue, but nothing involved was illegal. Instead of the employees laughing at the misfortunes of others, they should have taken action much sooner as the one employee did, and place a caution sign up.
