This essay I am going to write is about the importance of accountability in the army, and as to how it affect the units mission. First off by definition "Accountability is important in the military because soldiers are often times required to perform extremely challenging duties and services. Without accountability, a soldier cannot be expected to meet these high demands and expectations". The Army has a very important mission, and without accountability we can not expect to accomplish this mission. From the little E-2 all the way up to the CSMs and Colonels we all must do our party every single day. Accountability in the our workplace impacts the productivity of everyone within it.
