Raising a child in today’s society is not easy task. Having a solid family foundation that supports and helps out is extremely important, both parents influence a child on its value, beliefs, and behavior, and they bring unique strengths to their relationships with their children. It is known that children who have both a mother and father are more cared and loved. Caregivers, peers, friends, classmates, and even neighbors can influence a child as well. A child, who has his or her father’s love, caring, and attention, tends to have higher social and emotional developments, as well as higher intellectual developments. On the other hand, an absent parent or parent, who does not pay attention to his or her child can have negative effects on their developments as individuals.
