Having a quota in civil servant occupations will create a peace within other races or ethnicities. Having a well rounded amount of different races can help the community be different. A number of certain races and ethnicities will bring diversity into a workplace. Many races can contribute to certain things for any type of jobs. People are all equal when it comes to the hirings in certain jobs. Even though someone is a different race or ethnicity, they can be helpful with any situation. People get the wrong idea of certain races because of stereotypes from the past and continue it now. The Millennials would be considered the fastest generation to surpass Generation X in the labor force (Sveen).
