Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to research the features of workplace in the slaughterhouses so that recommendations can be put forward to improve its current situation.
Feature of the slaughterhouse workplace
The report will start with identifying the key, distinctive features of this workplace. The features of slaughterhouse’s workplace are that firstly, their work is monotonous and secondly the workers have a lot of work to do. Thirdly, workers of the slaughterhouse’s workplace have few chances to be promoted. Fourthly, the organizational culture of the workplace is not established well.
Changes required to the workplace and recommended actions
Then, it will discuss the changes that need to be implemented by management to the workplace. These changes should be given enough attention, such as to provide staff with a more satisfying work experience, with the attendant degree of staff motivation and productivity, Encourage behavioral change from top to bottom. Finally, recommendations how the changes should be implemented by management to give them the best chance of being accepted by the workforce will be identified.
