Topic: Iguala Mass Kidnapping
Specific Purpose Statement: To inform the viewers about one of the most tragic kidnappings in the world.
Thesis Statement: Mexico in mourning after 43 college male students went missing in Iguala Guerrero Mexico.
Organization Pattern: Sequential.

Introduction:
Mexico is considered one of the dangerous countries in the world.
Every day you hear deaths, crimes and violence being committed in Mexico.
Many people even ask themselves now Is Mexico Safe?
A big crime was committed that shook the nation.
43 male college students were abducted 80 miles from the city of Iguala.

Transition: So what exactly happened to the students?

Body:
I. How it happened!
The students traveled from Teachers College to Iguala to hold a protest at a conference led by the mayor's wife.
They traveled in 6 buses from Teachers College.
Police intercepted the group of students
Police fired shots.
Police shoots and kills students, wounded more than 20, and “abducted” 43.
Authorities discover the corpse of a student, Julio César Mondragón
He was found dead in plastic bags with his face cut off

Transition: Many people wonder are the students dead or alive?

II. Dead or Alive
People march into streets for answers about the missing students.
Parents of the victims believe that their son is still alive again.
Authorities say that after the student’s confrontation with the police, the 43 students who were abducted city of Iguala were taken into custody and handed over to a drug gang called Guerreros Unidos (United Warriors), who killed them, burned their bodies, and tossed their remains into a river.
Remains are unable to be identified because of the damage done.
A student remains are found and identified by the Austria-based University of Innsbruck.
People believe the students are indeed dead but
