Cotton Pyjamas
Cotton is a natural fibre its breathable and will help keep you cool, even if you wear traditional long sleeved pyjamas. To feel more cooler, camisole pyjamas with three quarter length bottoms would be a good option. Another natural fibre that will keep you cool is pure silk.
