Team Ground Rules and Guidelines
What are the general expectations for all members of the team?
All team members are to be in communication with each other regarding assignments as well as team meetings. Each team member is going to be held accountable for the completion of their part in team assignments and team participation
If there are any issues that come up, they will be addressed immediately so they do not create a further problem
All team members are respectful and acknowledge that we are all in different time zones w/ varying responsibilities.
All communication will take place through the team forum and by e-mail or phone if a teammate has not responded.
Each team member will check in on a regular basis, participate as needed, and complete their portion of the assignment by the date agreed by the team. It is imperative that all members communicate.

Expectations for Time Management and Involvement
(Participation, communication with the team, accessibility, etc.)

All team members will participate with weekly team assignments and meet agreed upon deadlines. All team members will check in the team forum no less than 3 times per week just to let the team know you are still a participating team member.
If a team member is not able to meet the deadlines set or complete their assigned portion, the rest of the team should be made aware in an appropriate time frame so that the assignment can still be completed and the portion can be divided between the other members
