Title: The failing of the International Community in Syrian.
Specific purpose: To inform my audience what kind of suffering experienced by the Syrian people.
Thesis: The international community has failed in Syria, where the United Nations, as well as the great powers in the world cannot stop the bloodbath in Syria. The death toll in Syria is becoming increasingly and refugees filling the neighboring countries of Syria.

I- United Nations Security Council: One of the six principal organs of the United Nations and is charged with the maintenance of international peace and security. Its powers, outlined in the United Nations Charter include the establishment of peacekeeping operations, the establishment of international sanctions and the authorization of military action

A- There are 15 members of the Security Council. This includes five veto-wielding permanent members—China France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States

B- Veto Right: Russia and China have opposed efforts in the Security Council to impose sanctions on Assad’s government and vetoed three resolutions condemning Assad’s regime.

II- The result of this failing: The Syrian regime has become more brutal because Russia and China internationally protected him from any sanction or actions, so Assad’s regime used all his strength to kill the Syrian people, with the consent of international community.
A- Conflict became armed: The Free Syrian Army is formed in Syria after the rebels lost their faith in the international community and FSA traces its origin to early defectors from the Syrian army who refused to shoot unarmed protesters during the Syrian uprising.
B- Chemicals Weapon: Some 3,000 suffocating, twitching victims were reported to have flooded into hospitals following the attack in the eastern Ghouta suburbs. Others were later found dead in their homes, towels still on their faces from their last moments trying to protect themselves from
