INTRODUCTION
This report aims to create a profile of an organisation mainly concentrating on the background of the organisation with the entrepreneurial skills, the marketing strategies of the organisation, the organisational culture and the motivating factors of the employees of the organisation.

BIOGRAPHY OF HENRY FORD

Henry ford was born in July 30th 1863 on a farm in Michigan (Schaefer, 2000). At that young age, henry ford always did the farm chores and always wanted to learn the operations of the farm machines (ibid). His parents were William and Mary ford (York, 2010). Henry’s mother Mary ford died in 1876 which made ford henry ford realise that he does not belong to the farm and relocated to Detroit where he learned about engines and from there he had his first idea for an improved gasoline engine at the age of 17 Henry ford (Schaefer et al., 2000).
Henry ford came back to his parent’s farm in 1882 where he discovered his talent after repairing a steam engine in a neighbour farm (York, 2010). After this, Henry sent several years working in a machine company fixing engines (ibid). Henry ford got married to Clara Bryant in April 11, 1888 and gave birth to a son shortly after marriage name Edsel (York, 2010). Henry ford launched his first Quadricycle in 1896 which was the first horseless carriage and it was a success (York, 2010). Henry ford is well known as a great mechanic and engineer (Beynon, 1990).

BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT FORD MOTOR COMPANY
Ford motor company is known to be one of the highest producers of automobile which was started by henry ford (Batchelor 1994). According to Henry ford (2013) "I will build a motor car for the great multitude.it will be so low in price that no man will be unable to own one." The aim of Ford Company is to make a business which contributes to a better world by producing great products (ford, 2013). The ford motor company was established by henry ford in 1903 (Ford, 2013). Ford motor company started from the scratch with a sum of $28,000 with eleven employees in which they divided into groups of three working on one car (Beynon, 1990). Ford motor company in its first product which is the Quadricycle in 1896) and later introduced another model of car in 1908 which is known as the Model T and a lot of profit was made after this model (ford, 2013). Henry ford introduced and funded the moving assembly line via ideas from the public which made him the first entrepreneur to use public relations in 1914(Beynon, 1990).
Henry ford has exhibit lots entrepreneurial skills which have led to the success of the company. One of the entrepreneurial skills henry ford has is good management skill. According to Beynon (1990) other than managing his worker with an easy economic bonus for work complete, Henry ford manage his workers with by methods. Henry also had some other entrepreneurial skills which are: finance, self-confidence, initiative, achievement orientation, commitment and proactive (Conybeare, 2004). Henry ford had initiative skills, confident and put all his skill into play which went a long way to make the company a success (Beynon, 1990)
