According to the Aristotelian definition “a man is also an animal having logos, a political animal.” This is, we live in a cluster of social structures, thus our language born, grows and survives in the coexistence between us, and the world created with other men. Also, companies are one of the most complicated inventions of man. In the same way that happens to people, companies have their own characteristics: its individuality, its resources, its staff, its products or services, in short, a brand.

The diversity is what allows us to develop an intercultural learning where the development of the learner's receptivity to different languages, and different cultures, enables collaboration cultivating its cultural diversity, eradicating prejudices but also critically reflecting on their own culture from other frameworks.

In the globalized world that we have today, cultural exchange depends on collaboration, and its impact depends on diversity. The globalization of economic environment is irreversible, and its effects on all economic sectors increasingly become more evident. In the business world the effect is reflected in the organization of production, in the competitive structure of markets, and so on in the transformation of trade relations. In general, the processor typically seeks integration with the business units in their production chain, leaving those considered less important, including transport services companies. In the field of supply chain is clear that not all companies have the same relative weight. However, for example in transport, as an activity, you cannot deny that assumes great importance in the supply chain. For this situation, the global economic impact seems to have been entirely the direction of the company changed from a single view to a fully collective and collaborative.

Supply Chain
The supply chain refers to the activities and processes that involve customers, and suppliers, so that the good is produced and distributed in the right quantities, at the right places, and time in order to meet the service levels required by the consumer.

Likewise Supply Chain includes all companies involved in the production, distribution, handling, storage, and marketing of a product, and its components. It involves partners such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, transporters, retailers, and others.

The supply chain consists of three parts: supply, manufacturing and distribution.

Elements of Integration of the Supply Chain.

According XX-1 technology is only one element in the integration of the supply chain, and between them there is a myth which is computer systems. However, among the elements of integration are Supply Chain Integration of information, coordination, the organizational link, and new business models.

The Information integration is the sharing of information, and knowledge among members of the supply chain. Information and knowledge about: demand, inventory status, capacity planning, production planning, production forecasting, among others. An example of this is what happens in the Integration of information between Walmart and Pfizer. Walmart knows the preferences of consumers (Point of Sale Data). Pfizer knows about the employ of pharmaceuticals. Walmart shares information with Pfizer for the production forecast, and replenishment of pharmaceuticals.
