According to the Patachu Website, Kenya’s major resources are land, soda ash, wattle, tea, corn, wheat, rice, sugarcane, coffee, sisal, pyrethrum, and livestock. Kenya, today, is the world biggest tea exporter.
Kenya’s government is very much geared toward education. 50% of the yearly governmental spending is for schools and other educational programs. On the other hand, according to the Patachu website, if art or any other sort of self expression does not agree with the views of the government the government has the authority to have it destroyed. Some may view that as censorship but to them it is a way to be sure people are staying patriotic.
Kenya got along fine before British colonization. They did not choose to trade as a country but as individuals that trade their own personal goods. They were not as advanced or opportunistic as some European countries but the survived and had a stable way of life for decades.

Kenya has a warm, dry climate with seasonal rainfall. According to the Embassy of the Republic of Kenya, it mainly rains in the winter because of the monsoon winds coming from the south east. The highland gets the most rainfall and it is cool due to the altitude. Mt. Kenya has snowcaps all year because it’s altitude exceeds 2500 meters.
