Teenagers who commit violent crimes

A problem in the United States is Juvenile justice. Youth these days are committing violent crimes these days. Youths between the ages of thirteen and seventeen years of age are responsible for crimes that are violent and dangerous. What should we do about teenagers who commit violent crimes?

I believe that teenagers who commit violent crimes should be equally punished for what they do. I don’t think that it is fair for a seventeen year old to murder an innocent child or bystander. They should be equally charged for what they have done. So I do believe that the law should not go easy on teenagers who have broken the law. All crimes committed by juveniles should and must be treated in the same regard, it not to punish heinous acts, then to provide justice to the families of victims As a child myself, I was raised in a family who believes in punishments, and repercussions for the actions of the children.

If he knew what he was doing at the time of the crime he should’ve known that it was wrong and he should be tried as an adult and sentenced to life in an adult prison without parole.
