Methods

What are the results?
Ankle ROM will be assessed by measuring the passive ROM of the ankle before application, after application and after a 10 minutes of exercise.

A study by JG Garrick states that 10-28% of all sports injuries are ankle sprains. 30% of people with a history of acute ankle sprains have recurrent or repetitive episodes of “giving away” or further injury.

“10-28% of all sports injuries are ankle sprains”.
The high incidence of ankle sprains in Football and their negative consequence for further participation call for preventive measures.
External support such as strapping or taping is the most widely used preventative among athletes for ankle sprains. Discussion

Use figures, tables wherever possible. You may even want to make this wider by merging with the column to the left. You may also want to put the results below the methods... Whatever works for you.
This template is a guide for style, but you can change the layout in simple ways to best present your work.

Use

•Does strapping decrease Range of Motion (ROM) at the ankle joint?
•Do the effects of strapping tape last 45 minutes. (until half time when strapping can be re-applied)

You may want to start your discussion in the earlier column... Whatever works for your poster.
