Company Overview
Value Proposition
Solar Power is a full supply chain provider of FREE solar power for individuals, businesses and institutions looking to reduce their dependency on utilities improve the environment, save money and increase property value. By full supply chain provider – Solar Power (SCI) will become a ‘one stop shop’ provider by owning the entire supply chain – from laboratory through manufacturing to installation at the end customer and financing. This will be done by establishing strategic partnerships (or company purchases) to assist with financing as well as servicing each step in the supply chain. The players would be:
Energy producing companies – Many larger companies are looking to add renewable and specifically solar power to their portfolio. A partnership like ours would significantly enhance their environmental status
Investment banker – The major components of our strategy and implementation are first purchasing of a shell corporation and then issuing bonds on the open capital markets. A partnership with an investment banker with experience in these markets is critical to our success.
Florida Lab – The partnership with the Florida lab that first established the process is also critical. The lab will be tightly integrated with the manufacturing facility ensuring that as efficiencies in the lab increase they can be easily implemented in production.
Installation Company – The final partnership will be with an installation company or creation of a conglomerate group. In this case we must insure we cover as much of the states as possible.
Supply Chain
Following are the step along the supply chain that SCI will operate.
Manufacturing
Owning the Solar Power manufacturing facility ensures Solar Power a consistent product and a consistent price. Also, our progressive patented technology allows us to manufacture lower cost, higher quality flexible CIGS (Copper Indium Gallium Selenide) Solar Cells at a fraction of other manufacturers. That gives Solar Power a clear advantage over other solar providers.
Although today China leads the word in manufacture of Solar Cell, SCI decided to build our factory in India.
First and most importantly because the US Lab that developed the new process and would work closely with the factory has political ties to India. This gives Solar Power an “in” politically and socially with the manufacturer.
For finical reasons, globally many manufactures have been moving their operations from China to India for other reasons. First, the value of the Rupee has fallen against the dollar, making Indian exports more competitive while the Yuan is rising. 1
Shipping costs are lower from India than China
Finally labor is becoming an issue in China when compared to
