My department has ben running strange. We are in need of product that we usually don't sell compared to what we do. The warehouse is fully stocked on usual products, but are down on the products that we need, but as I said that these are products that we usually don't sell. Today is my last day of vaction and I will be in tomorrow at 9am sharp for the meeting.

Just got off the phone with the Bean Counters and revenues are down! I need to know what each of you is going to do to fix this problem, pronto! We are meeting tomorrow at 9:00AM sharp, come prepared to deliver a Presentation and Executive Briefing addressing what your department can do to right the ship.

Heck, I can't wait that long. I need a Reply from each of you RIGHT NOW. In your RSVP for tomorrow's meeting, give me the key challenges that are facing your department and causing this sudden, unacceptable decline.

Airline Survey - Bad
How would you rate your Overall Satisfaction with this Airline?
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this airline a 1. I was given rude and unprofessional customer service and I was completely unhappy while being served.

Reservation Experience?
The reservation experience was terrible. I had to fill out the same form three times for my flight, and I was still given the incorrect choices.

In Flight Meals?
My in flight meal was not even consumed. I am remarkably upset for I was given food that I was allergic to, evn after I explained the situation to the attendant.

Customer Loyalty Program? Are you a member of our 'FlyMore' program? Which of the benefits do you find the most valuable?
I am not a member of the program. I find that the benefits of the program do not actually benefit anyone. It would take years for someone to achieve any kind of perks for this program, and there are no special details about the perks other than a free flight. This can be very convincing, but I would like to see a little bit of a change to the program. If I were to spend all of my money to reach 100,000 points, I would like the experience to be a bit better than just a plain free flight.

List three things you LIKED about your experience.
I barely making it to my destination on schedule, but I am making it none-the-less.
A few of the representatives were nice at the airport.
I was notified when My flight was delayed.

List three things that we can IMPROVE.
Customer service.
Implementing your enterprise system to work with your online reservations better, and not require a customer to fill out multiple copies of the same paper.
I was served food that I am allergic to.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this airline a 10. The customer service was great and I got everything I needed to enjoy my fight home.

Reservation Experience?
The reservation was great, even though my flight got cancelled, I was switched to another flight where they still met all of my reservation requests.

In Flight Meals?
It was delicious! I was greated very politely by the flight attendant, and was sureprised that all of my information online was stored and I was taken care of in a very polite manner.

I am not apart of the Flymore program, but I think that it is a very consumer friendly program. It offers many perks and I love that on the anniversary for my membership will award me with 10,000 free points, which is enough to upgrade to first class. I also enjoy the idea that your points never expire.
