You have to have a free flow of ideas among each other. Creativity in medicine comes from you bouncing ides off of your peers, residents, nurses, or health care provider.

You need that family and peers support to have your back. Keep your grounded with your true values, and morals. When you have a supportive spouse makes a huge difference in life. With a busy schedule of surgeries, or creating pursuits can be a strain on family and friends. You have to find a balance when it comes to creativity and family.
