Scenario 1:
The level of prevention Tertiary prevention. This is my opinion because preventing what has already happened is just not a possibility. You will have to rehabilitate this person and hope that they learn to not deal with the abuse. I feel like in this situation, I would have done things differently, I would have told her that she needs to stand up to him and I would be there to support her when she did this. Because she suffers from low self-esteem I would put her in a counseling program that aids in gaining confidence and stability. Calling the police was the proper thing to do, because otherwise he thinks that he can continue this sort of behavior.
Scenario 2:
I think the level of prevention is primary prevention. Because the people have stopped the clinic from closing there was no major problems. There is limited funding so I can understand how it can be hard to run this program. I would start off with a small clinic like they are and reach out to community partners to get funding and possibly expand at a later time in order for these children to not have to live in poverty. There needs to be some sort of prevention available to the community.
Scenario 3:
The prevention is secondary prevention. Because it has been dealt with early on they have saved many lives. Many that are homeless do not have insurance making it difficult to get the treatment and care that they need. The decision to provide care and shelter is what is needed to save lives. In this
