There were bartenders present, but with a very busy bar, we waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I finally was able to grab the attention of Kelly, who said she would be right with me. She was very welcoming and cordial, and took the drink order. She was attentive to our needs, and ask us if we would like another round, or if we wanted to order food. Later, I asked Mitchell if I could close out my tab, and my bill was complete and accurate; however, he did not use my name upon returning my bill. The bar and lounge area was clean and well maintained, and the performer was entertaining and fun.
Diana was extremely friendly and welcoming, using my name immediately upon greeting our table. She was there within a minute of us being sat, asking if we had been to the location. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and talk about the seasonality of the menu, recommending a couple options (including brussel sprouts, and mushrooms on a couple of the dishes). Although she did not describe or offer any of the signature flatbreads, she did ask if we wanted sparkling water. She also was very knowledgeable about the wine list and offered me a couple of suggestions. We put in our drink order, and appetizer order, and she left to let us look over the menu. Upon returning with my wine, she poured a sample for me to approve. We ordered and she genuinely complimented our choices. Our appetizer was out shortly after, and Diana was back to check on the order, and
