The body needs quite a few amino acids to synthesize proteins and help with everyday bodily functions.
This would include keratin and collagen which hold the body together. Some amino acids can be produced by the body others will need to come from our diet and food intake. Eatting a proper vegetarian diet does include the proper amino acids that are needed by the body. Being a vegetarian basically means that you do not eat meat (animals). This would include chicken, fish, beef, poultry.
