Dear Governor Rodolfo Del Rosario, This country has many problems domestically. However, one of the most important one of all is pollution. Littering, factories, and vehicles such as cars and jeepneys are causing pollution on the land and in the air. As citizens of Davao, I feel that it is my duty to solve any problems that my we have. All of this pollution is damaging our environment in this beautiful state of Davao. So now I propose a solution: we will throw all the trash into the ocean to stop the pollution on the land, destroy all vehicles, and cease production in all factories. The trash that is thrown into the ocean will accumulate which can become a great benefit to us. By collecting the trash into a single area we can create an island and expand our land. Instead of vehicles we can have people give each other piggy back rides or pull each other with carts. Over time people will be able to pull more people or heavier cargo because they will get stronger over time. Benefits with these proposals will be, of course, the decrease of pollution. Another benefit to decreasing the amount of air pollution is the result of a healthier environment. Therefore, people will be least likely to have lung problems. We will also acquire more land to house the poor and the homeless of the city. One problem with this solution is amount of people that will be out of jobs due to the ceased production in the factories, but that is just a small sacrifice for the health of our
