I was really thinking about the issues we had discussed today. Expanding is going to be rough, but we have done it before. I really think that solving some of these issues could really help us and I hope you are thinking on them as well. I wanted to write all of this down so that way we could maybe discuss tomorrow first thing in the morning. I think that the final decision should be yours as you are CEO. You let me make the decisions on hiring out accountant, but we should discuss details together. First I would like to address the coordinating position. We are a centralized organization, but we need people to help free us up to do out major responsibilities. As I stated in our meeting we have two possibilities. I think we should promote one of the existing manager to be our mid-level manger. This is our best option. Right now we have top and lever management we need someone else to free your time, so you may concentrate on the expansion. We can also then promote from within again, and make one of the current crew members the lower level manager. What do you think about that, Dalman? This would really save us time and energy and the mid-level manager could delegate to them to fill the open crew member position themselves. Delegation as a whole would go more smoothly.
