Registration and Financial Obligation

MONTHLY COURSE REGISTRATION BY STUDENT FOR EACH COURSE

Every student must register for each course every month. This means that you will Completed Registration forms should always be sent to the following email addresses: fountaindynamicgrouphqts@yahoo.com, exams@lmcng.org and info@lmcng.org.

Registration each month is a formal written procedure that represents both an academic and financial commitment, using the Form that is given to you in flash Pen during your orientation.

The process of registration is performed by first submitting this form with an official receipt issued to the student as evidence of full payment of all due programme fees at the time of registration.

To be officially enrolled, students must complete the financial part of registration by paying all outstanding or due fees before each courses begin.

Based upon this registration form, the school will issue you with course registration certificate/clearance for the course.

Any student that do not possess a course registration certificate duly signed by the dean/ his authorized representative [not national representatives] for any and every course that he or she wishes to do for a particular MONTH within 5 working days BEFORE THE BEGINNING of the schedule beginning date for the course will not be considered a student for that course and will not graduate with that course neither will he or she be allowed to write all examination for that particular course.

NO LATE REGISTRATION SHALL BE ALLOWED BEYOND THE NUMBER OF DAYS STATED ABOVE.

However, students using government or private student loans will be considered to have met their financial obligation when the financial aid office certifies that all the required paperwork is in order, including the original signature on the government lender guarantee document, and the e-signature for the bank promissory note.
