End-to-End Supply Chain Management | |
Course Description

This course prepares students to be effective managers in end-to-end supply chain management. This refers to tracking all segments of the supply chain beginning with capturing customer requirements to customer consumption and disposal. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing supply chain efficiencies through problem-solving methodologies including Six Sigma and Lean management. Students will also apply the principles of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to make effective end-to-end supply chain decisions.
