Abstract: Supply chain management (SCM) is concerned with the flow of products and information between supply chain members’ organization. Companies are attempting to find ways to improve their flexibility and responsiveness and in turn competitiveness by changing their operations strategy, methods and technologies that include the implementation of SCM paradigm. The emergence of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) is reshaping the business models and intensely interlining enterprises across its internal as well as external value chain. In this paper, date regarding In educational supply chain, a university works in close collaboration with schools, further education colleges, its current students, university staff, and employers of its graduates in designing curricula to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are satisfied. An Integrated Tertiary Educational Supply Chain involves coordination and information sharing up and down the process among all relevant parties. With technology facilitating information flow, a coordinated supply chain can be designed to meet the strategic, planning and operational objectives of the educational institutions.

Information and communications technology or information and communication technology, usually called ICT, is often used as an extended synonym for information technology (IT), but is usually a more general term that stresses the role of unified and the integration of telecommunications, intelligent building management systems and audio-visual systems in modern information technology.
