Managing risks in construction projects has been designed and implemented via various stages, from identifying the risks to monitoring and reviewing risk. The purposes of this report are to provide an effective risk management method that help to understand not only what kinds of risks are faced, but also how to manage these risks in different phases of a project.
This report will begin with Risk identification. This report is then followed by Risk analysis, Risk evaluation. Next, those risks will be recorded into the risk register and finally, risk treatment schedule and action plan are prepared to complete the Risk Management process for XZY Construction Company.

According to the risk register, most of the risks categorized in Construction Risk and Design Risk are allocated in high-risk level. XYZ Construction Company is therefore putting more attention and effort on those risks.
In generally, XYZ Construction Company is dealing well with almost risks. According to the Risk Matrix, some of the most critical risk factors such as Risk of cash flow difficulties, Risk of shortage material are
