Sexting Final Draft
Many young teenagers and adults (in majority women) are exposed to the whole media across the world by sexting. These girls and women are convinced that they can trust this stud, they barely even know, and he ends up posting their pictures on the internet or he passes it on to a buddy. This then gives these women or young teens a “bad rep” as we call it. Men or young males are the ones exposing these girls day in and day out. They somehow convince these girls through sexting, to send them seminude pictures or full body naked pictures. These pictures are so graphic that I even ask myself,” Damn what was this girl thinking?” I think both parties are to blame for this type of exposure. Guys are responsible for not keeping it to themselves. Girls are accountable for being foolish enough to send that sort of image to an individual they hardly are familiar with. I have seen some of my classmates exposed in that manner. To avoid being harassed and being called bad names they move away. At times it follows them and they are hurt deeply. I knew a fellow peer who was exposed by her own boyfriend of 2 years! When I found that out I was astonished at how cruel this guy was and how bad she was upset. I saw this picture and so did many others. It reached the point where they were both called in and talked too. He was registered as a sex offender for sending them out and she left the
