Religion Project

Hinduism and Buddhism are two religions that were created around the same time and were both created and india. They both had similar beliefs. At the same time though some of their beliefs were very different from eachother. when it began and even now hinduism tends to have more followers than buddhism.

In hinduism, when it comes to life after death they believed the same as buddhist. they both believed that you would be reincarnated until you reached enlightenment. the difference is that when it comes to reincarnation in the buddhist religion they do not believe in a surviving soul.

when it comes to practices in their religion hinduism and buddhism they do similar things but don't at the same time. in hinduism yoga, meditation, worship (puja), devotion to a god or goddess,and pilgrimage to holy cities are their most important practices. in buddhism Meditation, mantras, devotion to deities are the most important practices. between the two the most important practices that are the same in both are meditating.

when it comes to who founded these two religions hinduism doesn't really have a founder but buddhism has a distinct founder. buddha is the founder. another belief is a large part of hinduisms life. this beliefs is the belief in the caste system. this belief says that you have a place and you can not leave that place. unless, you are spiritual throughout your life you may be able to become higher in your reincarnated life.your
