Creating a methodology

The older executives were afraid to develop the enterprise project manager (EPM) methodology because they always have power and authority at the organization, and the EPM will end with that because whichever executive gets control of the project management office (PMO) may become more powerful than other executives because he or she now controls all of the project management intellectual property. 2 –
Yes because with the PMO we can choose a team who can manage the process, build a schedule, define scope, help to implement the process, and take the lead in the development of a methodology.

The best for the company at this point is report to the chief information officer and for president or a high director. After the project manager methodology prove to be efficient the PMO can only submit to the information office.

Because for every single meeting a lot of paperwork is needed also every end of lifecycle need a meet. However with more them six lifecycles they will be spending more time preparing the paperwork for meetings rather than managing the project.

It depend in what kind customers the company has. If they had a bunch of different kind of clients a flexible elements is better because give some degree of freedom to project manager work with his clients. The size and complexity of the company can imply in a formal design, since
