INTRODUCTION
The problem with Academy Bank is obsolete IT organization and technologies. As being a manager for this company, I have been faced with many IT discrepancies, due to old operation systems. This company has a 24 hour IT department, but when a problem need to be resolved in minutes takes almost about two hours, sometimes it takes a whole business day.
AIM
* To investigate the possible long term and short terms advantages and disadvantages that this organization can gain from taking on cloud computing.
OBJECTIVES
* To analyze cloud computing prove to be a suitable alternative to the old traditional software that is being used. * To identify the merits and demerits of cloud computing.

IMPROVEMENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY
Cloud computing is new in the business world today. The idea leading cloud computing paradigm is that computing resources and software are available to the end user, whether an organization or an individual in a virtualized environment and the user can access it on demand and using a “pay as you go” approach. (Lecture, 2012)
Advantages and Disadvantages
The advantage of cloud computing is: * That users access their programs through their browser. * Instead of installing software on your system you can access it on a cloud. * Companies can avoid large capital expenditures in servers, high-end desktops and databases. * It is the ultimate form of globalization-it does not matter where anything is. (Lecture, 2012)
The disadvantages of cloud computing is: * That stored data can be lost: * Data stored in a cloud is unusually safe, replicated across multiple machines. But on the chance your data goes missing, you have no physical or local backup. * Even on a fast connection, web-based application can sometimes be slower than accessing a similar software program on your desktop. (Miller, 2012)

MANAGEMENT
The audience would be the higher members of management. I would have to approach them with the benefits of having a more success with the company by making sure management duties would be more efficient. I would start with the security features; by being a Financial Institution security is very important. Cloud computing offers data centers designed and built for our applications and don’t include unnecessary hardware or software: * This reduces the number of potentially exploitable vulnerabilities. As a Financial Institution many members are constantly traveling so as a company we should always be connected. * Cloud computing has Google Apps supports two-way synchronization between Google Apps and the e-mail, calendar and Contacts applications on BlackBerry devices by integrating with BlackBerry Enterprise Server. * With Google Apps Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server, administrators can choose mobile device management policies designed to keep our business information secure. These policies include the ability remotely wipe data from lost or stolen devices; require a device password, set strength requirements and more. (Lecture, 2012)

Milestone
The Business Problem
Ongoing problems at Academy Bank are with its technology. As stated before, being a manager at this institution it gets very frustrating. When problems occur with the
