The World Bank Organization describes poverty in some different way:
According to them “Poverty is hunger. Poverty is lack of shelter. Poverty is being sick and not being able to see a doctor. Poverty is not having access to school and not knowing how to read. Poverty is not having a job, is fear for the future, living one day at a time.
It is the state for the majority of the world’s people and nations. Here many question arises, why is this? Is it enough to blame poor people for their own difficulty? Have they been lazy, made poor decisions, and been merely responsible for their trouble? What about their governments? Have they pursued policies that actually harm successful development?

Deeper and more global causes of poverty are often less discussed. Around the world, in rich or poor nations, poverty has always been present. In most nations today, inequality—the gap between the rich and the poor—is quite high and often widening.
