Keep the processor and motherboard, the i7 920 is still good. The crashing can probably be solved by reformatting your hard drive. Sell the GPU (though it probably won't fetch much) and maybe replace the PSU and case (though money you save on power with a new PSU probably won't make up the cost of a new unit). A new GPU probably won't have the overheating problems your current one has, and you can always buy a new cooler for your CPU. Buy more ram.
