Brilliant management book. Talks about various management techniques you can use to excel but there is an excellent chapter of about 6 pages which talks about raising excellent kids. it talked a lot also about principles, habits, greatness, having a moral compass, communication, family life, management problems, expectations, org control, mission statements and a lot more. Highly recommended and will be bringing in aspects of this into my current project for sure.
