Did you know that a number of different illnesses and diseases can develop without any outward symptoms? Our employee wellness program is in place to insure that our employees are checked on a yearly base for any illnesses or diseases. The program is designed to keep the employees informed of their health status and maintain good health.

The benefits of such a program are huge for our employees. The program allows each employee to take a physical before their birthday each year from the company’s doctor. All physical examination costs are paid for by the company. Based on medical recommendations, each individual should have a physical at least once a year. This will help each employee know their health status. The results of the test are confidential. Only the doctor and the employee associated with the test are allowed to see the report. The employee will receive the original report and no copies will be made.

The company benefits from this program in many ways. Keeping our employees healthy will reduce insurance benefits costs. We will have a healthier, more productive team.
