Abstract
The love for children is the motivation behind every daycare business owner. If you don’t love kids, why you would you want to open an environment in their favor. If you love children, starting a daycare center is a smart business choice. Owning a business is not an easy task especially when the business is a daycare center. There is a lot of hard work and dedication constantly being put into it each and every day and if all is done properly, the business can boom for an extensive amount of years.

Dear Mr. Andersen:

Enclosed is the completed feasibility report that you authorized on February 28, 2006. The report examines the feasibility of your company implementing a better, stable, and loving environment for families and the ability to sustain your company for a period of time.

The report presents findings on similar plans now in operation in the Dallas area and examines program costs, operational guidelines, and suggestions for implementing a child development program. Leasing versus hiring teachers is also discussed. Recommendations and conclusions with cost and other factors are presented.

The report includes a brief Executive Summary of the findings, cost-effectiveness data with a brief summary of findings in supporting charts and visuals. A description of a currently operating child development facility program is also included. Findings indicate that implementing an employee vanpool program at Young Stars Child Development Program CCLC is feasible.

If you would like to discuss any part of the report, I will be happy to do so at your convenience. I shall look forward to presenting these findings to your Board of Directors at the June meeting. Thank you again for the opportunity to prepare this study.

1.2 Scope and Limitations
This study focuses on the necessary information needed in owning a daycare business. My report will discuss in detail how to effectively run a daycare business and to sustain it for a long period of time. It will also detail location as to where it’s best to have a daycare facility. Not included in the report is a complete explanation of all legal processes in organizing the program.
