“In a decaying society, art, if it is truthful, must also reflect decay. And unless it wants to break faith with its social function, art must show the world as changeable. And help to change it.” -Ernst Fischer. The Memphis Brooks Art Museum is my selected virtual museum, and this museum presents itself as a major reflection of change in society. The Memphis Brooks Art Museum can be researched using the website http://www.brooksmuseum.org. It is located at 1934 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38104. Overtime the museum became more versatile incorporating paintings such as paintings from the Italian Renaissance, Baroque, British, and French
