Motivation

Insight

In the following slides I will be sharing with you the six words that I believe are to be important in learning. I will then tell why the knowledge I have obtained will help me to succeed in the future as an educator.

Motivation
Everyone needs the motivation to succeed. I think motivation is a must in the class room to give the students some excitement about learning. Direct Instruction
I am a fan of direct instruction because I believe that every classroom needs guidance. Without guidance the students would be lost. I think it is better to use direct instruction this way you get the correct information to the students.

Insight
It is very important that all teachers have a great insight of the classroom. This makes for better problem solving. Having insight also helps prevent problems before they occur.

Elaboration
Elaboration is very important in learning. Using pictures in learning helps the students remember the material that you cover. Using visual aids is always a good idea. Sometimes it is also a good idea to associate new material with material already well known to the students.

E-Learning
I think the internet is a great tool to have in the classroom. Students enjoy using computers when looking up different information. The web is full of information. It is important that every student knows how to use this tool correctly.
When used correctly the internet is a great tool for learning.

Self-Esteem
Self-Esteem is very important in the classroom.
The student must feel confident in
