Analyze eBay organization’s strategic capability using appropriate framework(s)
1.Abstract
The main purpose of this report is aimed to analyze how eBay’s strategic capabilities can provide sustainable competitive in the market. eBay is a USA internet consumers that customers are multinational companies(Viegas,2006). Nowadays, it became the internet bubble and a remarkable success online sopping website. In the next paragraph will discuss the strategic capability of eBay in details.
2.Introduction
Strategic capability refers to the ability of enterprises, allows it to survive and successfully competitive strategy to enhance its value over time. While strategic capability not used to taking into account the business strategy, it focuses on the organization’s assets and resources and market position, projection of how good. In the future it will be able to use the strategy. There is no single approach or common metrics for measuring of attention to strategic capabilities(Capasso,2005).
3.An analysis of strategic capabilities of eBay
