How Does SAS motivate its employees?
SAS Institute motivate their employees by setting standards for their ideal workplace. They do so by keeping focus on the intrinsic and the extrinsic motivational methods. The SAS works towards their employees enjoying their jobs so that can how interest and motivation within their job. SAS motivates their employees to once in a while switch up areas within the workplace, so that they can grain more knowledge in other areas within the job this will include extra training too so that they can meet the job requires. With SAS doing it this way keeps their employees more interested and motivated in their job and less bored within their job. SAS Institute cares about their employees and their families’ weather or not it’s on the job or off the job. As that have stated themselves “the SAS Institute also cares about its employees and their families’ well-being both on and off the job. At its headquarters in Cary, North Carolina, SAS Institute also offers employees and their families 200 acres of luxuries activities as well as on-site childcare, healthcare and many other fitness and recreational benefits (George, J. What factors are likely to contribute to intrinsic motivation at SAS?
The intrinsic motivation within the SAS institute play a play in the work and also their personal related factors that play a hand in it too. The company works hard to make sure that all their employee’s needs are meet and that they are happy within the work place taking so that they are less stressful. Other factors that also play a hand in intrinsic motivation within SAS giving them the choice to change jobs within the company they are working for.
