I believe that an unwanted reaction that I might encounter when trying to convince the business committee to accept my proposal for a new service will have to do with the workload becoming overwhelming. The committee may not be convinced that childcare service will be a success. An issue may occur because some members don’t have children, and the committee might want to know how a childcare service will be beneficial for the company. There may be many concerns about cost, safety and security of the daycare program. I will then explain all the good benefits that will come out of having a childcare center available on site. By having childcare on site it will bring the company profit and growth. Since everyone in the committee have goals that they are trying to accomplish, I will let them know by having a childcare will help them accomplish most of the goals they are trying to meet. Employees will not have to call out due to childcare issues that they may have at home, this will be one of the way that the company can reach goals. It will stop call outs from the employees.
I believe that since there’s security all ready available at the site, the security can be increased. All parents must fill out forms that pertain to themselves and their children. Parents must have identification with their picture on them to drop off and pick up their children and this is for the safety of the children. Parents will have to pay a fee and will be able to do so at a discount price being that they work for the company I think that all of the staff member won’t be able to participate but it will still be a benefit for them.
