I have also cited any sources from which I used data, ideas of words, whether quoted directly or This course is a great example of all these attributes; engaging in teamwork online in order to carry out our research project based on a chosen organization and properly execute each element of this consulting project, within the deadlines indicated in the syllabus. All this was accomplished without ever meeting face-to-face; communicating only through group texts and online chats. First impressions were established through a list of professional attributes, written tone and initial initiative to accomplish the assignments. Luckily, the group members all put their best foot forward from the start and we were able to virtually set a successful group dynamic. Evolution of the Team Over Time My group consisted of 6 members; Karli McDonald, Monica Cozar-Torres, Liliana Rodriguez, me, Leslie Cleaver and Esmeralda Adderley. An all-female group composed of six very driven, busy, resourceful and diligent women. It was the perfect dose and combination of all those characteristics, which created a hard-working team that was open to all the ideas, respected those ideas while embracing the diverse characteristics and skills that each member had to offer. Our team evolved just as explained in the five-stage model of team development: forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning as noted in our textbook Organizational Behavior & Management (Ivancevich, Konopaske, and Matteson 2015).
