Math at times can be a difficult subject for me. There are times when I fully understand it and other times when I just can't seem to get around it. Most of the time it's because I doubt myself or second guess myself when at first my answer was correct. Doubting myself and second guessing myself is something I need to stop doing but when it all comes down to it I think it all has to do with confidence which is something I definitely need to work on.
It's the same with English. I use to be very good at English but somewhere along the lines it just all got blurry for me. I remember being very good at spelling and now I find some of the easiest of words difficult to spell. No one really noticed of course until it was too late and same goes for my comprehension skills.
Yet, I think a lot of these problems arose because I was sick and neither I or anyone else had seemed to notice until I ended up in a hospital bed fighting for my life. Being in the hospital with kidney failure you could imagine was rough on me and everyone else and finding out the root of the problem didn't make it any better. It turns out it was all lupus and worst part is is that it's a chronic disease and there is no cure for it. I will undoubtedly have to battle this for the rest of my life.
Having lupus is the biggest obstacle I've had in my life and will continue to have. Not many very people know about it or understand it. It frustrates me at times because there's so many things that I want to do but
