Macbeth
The play is a tragic story, because Macbeth was a noble but the witches’ prophesy and his ambition prevailed over to commit a horrific “bloody business” murdering of his king. Macbeth was brave and people showed him great honour and he was awarded the most worthy title “Thane of Cawdor”.
The tragedy of the story was how Macbeth fell from the grace and lost his nobility. He lost his honour, friends and ruled the people by tyrant hand and totalitarianism. He was statesmanship but he became bloody silencer, dead butcher and the nation sunk into the rampage. Killings, murdering, assassination and executions broke the dawns of Scottish people. A lot of wise and noble people were fled from the country because of fear and oppression, and those who had no where to go lived under brutal situation.
The play has a unique dramatic technique called soliloquy. Soliloquy was invented by Shakespeare. It is a way that the character show or express his thoughts and true feelings on the stage. In the soliloquy the character can hold the audience’s attention because s/he can not lie to him/herself, but the character acts differently in a practical way. The play has also different dramatic techniques like: dramatic irony, theme of concealment and powerful oxymoron combination. Dramatic irony is another influential technique that creates a potent tension between the audience and characters on the stage, it happens when audience and some of the characters know what has happened but the rest of the characters do not know. The compelling tension between the audience and characters on the stage is known as dramatic irony. Macbeth started to conceal the truth and to tell lie to his friends, he also impeded counselling with his wife and their relationship broke down and malfunctioned. He was not keen to share any further bloody business with her. Macbeth took his own decision ardently after the mood of melancholy descends the nation into the tatter to clear his way.
....lady Macbeth asked her husband “what’s to be done? but he answered “ be innocent of the knowledge, dearest chuck”.
Although Macbeth got implausible predictions and prophecies from the witches, he blindly believed as he desired it to be, but he ruled out all the other possibility of those prophecies to be a false and their consequences. After he got the truth of the first apparitions from the witches, his aspirations and tensions were ascended very high, because the witches told him, he will be king hereafter. Even though it was oddly enough to receive the title, he was awarded, the title of Cawdor, and then he started to think the rest of the prophecies and possible obstacles. His ambition drove him frantically to trust the witches’ prophecies to get rid off all the obstruction on his way. act 1 scene 3 in his aside he said “ it can not be ill, can not be good” if it is ill why it has given to me Thane of Cawdor, if it is good why do I yield to that suggestions to be a king.
....thane of Glamis, thane of Cawdor and that shall be king hereafter.
The king, Duncan, appointed his elder son Malcom as the next king of Cumberland publicly. This decision affected Macbeth’s ambition and seemed to be a hindrance on his way to be a king of Scotland. He depersonalised Malcom as an object or stumbling block to his way to the throne.
.... that is a step which I must fall down, or else o’er leap. For in my way it lies, stars, hide your fires, let no light see my black and deep desires.

Act 1 scene 7, Macbeth revealed the truth and reasons why he considered committing regicide in the soliloquy by comparing various facts and his ambition. At the beginning, he was aware of and conscious about the situation, because if he finally decides to execute his king, he should do so quickly to curtail his mental turmoil. But there was an ambiguous circumstance surrounded his action. If he assassin his king, should this bring to him further success and achievement?
