Love. What is love? Love is a very special and meaningful word to each human being. Love is built on a foundation of trust, a thin barrier between formality and chaos. As we grow older we learn to start to build friendship with the people we have things most in common with, along with the people who accept and understand us the best. Love can also be contemplated as a dangerous component of life that works to deceive and manipulate other people’s trust. Many people will argue that love is contaminated with betrayal and lies. I know this question exists in every human being’s mind including myself, “what is love?” For me, I believe love is a priceless diamond, because a diamond has thousands of reflections, and each reflection represents a meaning of love. With love I can accept a person’s imperfections without any condition, and able to transfer the way I love myself to another person. With love I can have the power against loneliness, and sadness, but love is also a sacrifice. Love is when that other person has the right key to open my heart. It’s allowing that person to look at this world without any limitations. But, my love cannot be a substitute for anything, which means nothing can be substituted for my love. People experience and express love in many different ways. My journey of love consists of two individuals who don’t know each other physically but have met each other throughout the past years.
