Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). MBRP contains elements of CBT, like MBCT, and is originally developed to target relapse related to substance use disorders (SUDs). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT involves both mindfulness and commitment and behavioural change practices (Hayes, Luoma, Bond, Masuda, & Lillis, 2006).
