Business ethics is often described as very old new subjects. This might seems like a strange statement, but it reflects the development of the discipline. On the other hand, ethical thinking has its roots in the writings of the great philosophers like Socrates and Confucius. (Roger Bradburn, 2001). As an academic subject it has only come of age since the Wall Street scandals of the 1980s, which shocks the world what kind of managers were being developed as most were graduated from the major business schools.
The topic of business ethics generally involve in evaluating whether practices of workers, leaders, and organisations as a whole can be considered ethically suitable. (Ferrell, Fraedrich, &Ferrell, 2008).The normative tones that are intrinsic in this literature are obviously reflected in the recognition of governmental behaviour and right guide principle issued by supervision (Adams, Taschchian, &Shore, 2001; Weaver, 2001).
