To whom it may concern,

I am writing in the hope of gaining employment with Focus International. I believe that with my out going personality and my hunger to learn that I will be a perfect candidate for a position.

I have been an active member of the workforce for the last 5 years mainly working in retail, hospitality and sale jobs. I am extremely customer focused and know that the both the customers needs and that as a business as a whole comes before my own.

Within the last 5 years I have learnt that hard work and determination to succeed go hand in hand and I know if I am lucky enough to recieve employment that I will bring that intent to perform to the best of my abilities with me, a strong desire to hit target and KPIs set out for me by my management.

I believe that with myself having a customer service background that I will be able to build a positive and friendly rapport with both my work colleagues as well as the clients of the business, but at the same time have the maturity to be professional.

I have the ability to pick up new skills quickly and will follow instructions set out for me. I am constantly wanting to be on my feet and strive to be the best I can be. I am also flexible in my work schedule even though I am currently studying my diploma of counselling, via distance.

I do hope for a chance to bring my positive can-do attitude, vibrant personality and my willingness to learn to a new workplace that I hope in return will
