Provision on Virginia Plan, Overall Scope - The Virginia Plan gave most of the power to Congress, which was almost in charge of everything that is relevant to the U.S. including tax. However the states also had power but it was relatively small. Authority Over State Laws - The Plan did not permit Congress to make up state laws and the state itself had their own power to create their own laws. Role in Amending the Constitution - The Virginia Plan had many errors within the system, so it helped Congress improve the quality and quantity of power they gave to each branch. Role in Appointing U.S. Judges, Important U.S. Office Holder - It did not have any effect in the role of appointing U.S. judges. It also didn’t help in office holders. Role in Finalizing Treaties - Congress was also in charge of making and finalizing treaties, giving no power to others, which helps the writers of the new Constitution to think of the distribution of power.
Completed Constitution, Overall Scope - The completion of the new Constitution equalized the nation more. The power was equally distributed to 3 branches. Authority Over State Laws - The laws of states were no longer made by the state itself but were made through many processes in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. Role in Amending the Constitution - Didn’t have role in amending Constitution. Role in Appointing U.S. Judges, Important U.S. Office Holders - Most of these positions are voted through the people, giving the citizens a say in who they want as their representative and also giving them some power in the system. Role in Finalizing Treaties - Treaties are also finalized through all of the branches, so that the treaty is constitutional. The actual finalizing of the treaty is when the President and the other company sign the treaty.

Role in Amending the Constitution - Didn’t have role in amending Constitution. Role in Appointing U.S. Judges, Important U.S. Office Holders - The president had the power to appoint judges and other federal officers. Role in Finalizing Treaties - Signs the treaties.
Judicial, Overall Scope - They are able to impeach the president. It implies laws in the name of the state. Also provides mechanism in disputes. Authority Over State Laws - Makes sure that they are constitutional and not for selfish gain; and also are in charge if there is a conflict within the voting. Role in Amending the Constitution - Didn’t have role in amending Constitution. Role in Appointing U.S. Judges, Important U.S. Office Holders - doesn’t hold any powers. Role in Finalizing Treaties - Making sure that the treaty is constitutional.
