This is an Agreement to Lease (“the Agreement”) effective June 23, 2013,

Between: New York Productions (the “Lessor”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of New York, with its head office located at: New York Productions 12345 Roadway Street Lindenhurst, New York 11757

AND: Non-Linear Pro (“the Lessee”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the New York, with its head office located at: Non-Linear Pro 5678 Parkway Road Massapequa, New York 11021

TERMS
It is agreed that: 1. Lessor does hereby agree to grant, demise and let and Lessee does hereby agree to take premises situated in Massapequa, New York at 5678 Parkway Road and described as Non-Linear Pro with accessories, from Start Date June 23, 2013 to Ending Date July 23, 2013, at the lease amount sum of $500.00.

2. The Lessor holds no responsibility if the equipment is damaged upon delivery.

3. The lease is set as a 30 day trial with no commitment to buy the Non-Linear Pro.

4. The parties here shall execute the lease herein provided for on June 23, 2013.

5. In the event that the Lease herein provided for shall be executed, then and in such case the Lessor shall give, and the Lessee shall take possession of said premises on July 23, 2013 and the lease amount shall commence and be payable from said last mentioned date.

6. In the event either party hereto shall neglect, refuse or in any way fail to execute the Lease herein provided or at said time and place, then the party in default shall pay to the other party the sum of $250.00 as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
